You seem to have used that specialised technology, normally only available in movies, whereby images have infinite resolution and you can zoom in endlessly on any part of them (this is accompanied by a grid effect and clicking sounds).
It's funny, because I looked at the original image and thought, it's a pity you probably couldn't make out that number plate even if you zoomed in.
My faith in technology is reaffirmed.
Now, there has to be some way we can call this guy up and tell him he's a worthless, selfish asshole.

And the photo was taken with a Nokia camera phone. I was pretty impressed with it considering there is no optical zoom.....
